Conference fee

The conference fee is 200 € (incl. meals and coffee breaks during the conference).

Presenters and PhD students pay a reduced fee of 100 €.                      PhD students, please send request to Nora Teller - teller@mri.hu

 

Accommodation

Single rooms at Novotel Leuven Centrum can be booked on a first come first served basis - 135,50€/night (incl. breakfast and city taxes).
