International speakers are entitled to a return flight (economy class) and 2 hotel nights in The Hague. Please note that flight arrangements and hotel accommodation will be arranged by us. You will be contacted by us at a later stage to share your preferences. Unfortunately, it will not be possible for us to reimburse you if you make your own travel arrangements.

For speakers living in the Netherlands, we can arrange 1 hotel night in The Hague. Please note that we will make the hotel reservation for you. We are unable to reimburse you in case you make the booking yourself.
