On this page you find frequently asked questions regarding the group event in Split. 

My flight is already confirmed: is it possible to change my flight? 
No, your flight ticket is non-refundable. If you want to change your flight, 100% costs will apply and will be at personal expense. 


How many nights will be covered by the company?* 
Two hotel nights will be covered:
June 11 - 12 
June 12 - 13 

I will arrive before June 11 and/or I will stay longer than June 13. How do I book extra hotel nights?
Due to the group size the participants are staying at multiple hotels in Split during this event. In the flight confirmation e-mail, which you received beginning of April, you can see in which hotel you will be staying.

The hotel I am staying at is fully booked for extra nights. What do I do?
All hotels are subject to availability. If your hotel is fully booked, please consult another hotel in Split to extend your stay. 
 

Is transportation from/to the airport included? 
Transportation is provided to participants arriving Sunday, June 11 and departing Tuesday, June 13. If you arrive/depart before and/or after these dates transfers will be on your own. 

Is it possible to bring my spouse? 
Yes, it is possible to bring your spouse, but this person cannot join the group event/dinners. Please let us know if your spouse is coming to Split so we can arrange a double room. Also, transportation from/to the airport is not included for spouses. 

 

What time does the program start on June 11? 
The program starts in the evening with a dinner at Le Méridien Lav. For guests staying at different hotels transportation will be provided.

One week prior to the event you will receive a download link to an Event App. In this app you will find all detailed information and a timeline for this event. 

 

*For guests joining the extended meeting on June 13 a different program will apply. Please contact Jeroen Vinke for any questions regarding the extended meeting.
