Marjolein Duijf works with Arcadis as account leader and global program director in the Energy sector. With over 13 years of experience with Arcadis in various environmental client related functions, she now is focused on identifying best solutions and building relationships making sure client expectations are met. Within Arcadis she is a frontrunner in international collaboration and development of ecosystems including promoting membership and active participation with CIGRE.
Alan Croes has worked for TenneT TSO in several positions since September 2004. He has an Electrical Engineering background and worked in the fields of operation, asset management, interconnectors/offshore and investment planning. |
Diana van den Heuvel has been committed to diversity and inclusion for decades and still contributes via her additional roles as vice chair of CIGRE Netherlands and president of Women in Engineering of the Royal Institute of Engineers in the Netherlands. She has gained experience in the gas, electricity and district heating value chain in the fields of power cables, high voltage and secondary equipment, energy trading, marketing and sales, program- and account management and operations. In her current role in Siemens Energy she focuses on key account strategy to align sustainability, reliability and affordability in the field of grid technology onshore and offshore. | |

Cristina Simioli is responsible for Renewables Grid Initiative’s (RGI) Offshore Energy and Nature portfolio of activities meant to find solutions to reconcile energy and nature in offshore wind and grid infrastructure planning and deployment. At RGI, Cristina has worked on European electricity policies and on the instigation and coordination of national, regional and European cross-sectoral collaborations between TSOs and NGOs. Before joining RGI, she worked on energy and nature protection for an environmental NGO, a UN agency and an engineering consultancy. |

Marieke Dirks is Program Manager offshore with a focus on the development of energy hubs in the North Sea and offshore development in the Northern Netherlands. 18 years of TenneT, of which the last 12 years in the Offshore domain as project director for HelWin2 and Hollandse Kust (zuid), among others.

Ann-Sofie Bonde Mortensen is working together with the wind turbine manufactures getting ready for the energy transition, in the effort to stave off the worst impact of climate change. She is supporting the wind turbine manufactures in the decision to settle the utmost technical suitable and sustainable solution for the electrical equipment inside the wind turbines. With the global responsibility, strategic alignment regarding capacity, local content requirements, onshore and offshore wind are buzzwords. Ann-Sofie has been working with Siemens Energy for the last 10 years. First in the regional company in Denmark and now in Germany, with the global responsibility for Wind OEMs. |

Ambra Sannino is Head of Department of Power Systems Planning for region Northern Europe in DNV. Before joining DNV in 2019, Ambra held different management roles in R&D and Technology in ABB Power Grids (today part of Hitachi Energy). Within ABB, she worked with development and industrialization of HVDC, FACTS, energy storage, renewable integration, particularly offshore wind. Ambra is an Electrical Engineer with a Ph.D. in Power Engineering from the University of Palermo in Italy, and a Doctor of Science (Docent) degree from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden, where she also worked for a few years as Associate Professor in Power Systems. Ambra is a CIGRE member and a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE).
