This is the registration form for the 5-day course: Knowledge graphs in the life sciences organised by the BioSB research school from 13-17 March 2023 in Wageningen, the Netherlands.

Fee categories

Early bird registration (until January 15, 2023):

• € 400 (excl. VAT) for PhD/MSc students

• € 600 (excl. VAT) for academic researchers (non-profit)

• € 900 (excl. VAT) for industry participants (for profit)

From January 16th, 2023 onwards:

• € 480 (excl. VAT) for PhD/MSc students

• € 720 (excl. VAT) for academic researchers (non-profit)

• € 1080 (excl. VAT) for industry participants (for profit)

The course fees include course material and catering (coffee, tea, lunch)

Payment has to be done at completion of your registration. Payments can be done via iDeal, Creditcard and Paypal. Please choose the ticket group belonging to your registration fee category.

Application procedure:

If for any reason the course coordinator thinks that you should not participate in the course, he or she will contact you to discuss possibilities. If the conclusion is that it is better that you don’t participate, you will receive a refund of the full registration fee as soon as possible after cancellation.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation or rescheduling of a course by BioSB will be announced at least 6 weeks before the start of a course. In specific, this means that registrants are advised to not make any travel arrangements or hotel bookings (unless these can be cancelled without additional fees) before receiving a final confirmation that the course will be held. In case of cancellation BioSB will only refund the registration fee and not costs made for hotel or travel arrangements. If you cancel your participation for another reason than the above, please notify the course organisation by email 28 days prior to the first course day at the latest. No-shows or cancellations made less than 28 days prior to the first course day are not eligible for a refund.
