Registration fees and terms

Registration deadline is the 1^st of April 2023.

Registration fees
EDEG Members conference attendance, social events, meals and accommodation	€ 900,-
Non members conference attendance, social events, meals and accommodation	€ 999,-
Resident fare (only for Dutch residents) conference attendance, social events and meals Not included: accommodation	€ 500,-
Accompanying person fare social events, meals and accommodation with optional upgrade to double room (conditional on availability) Not included: conference attendance	€ 650,-

Full registration is inclusive of:

Admission to the EDEG 2023 conference premises, conference hall and breakout sessions (~3 days)
Conference material & Certificate of Attendance
Attendance at the organized Coffee breaks during the Scientific Program
Welcome Reception/Dinner on Saturday the 22^nd of April
All meals are covered (3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 3 dinners)
3 nights stay in a Single Room accommodation on 22^nd, 23^rd, and 24^th of April

If you are planning to stay extra nights either in case of early arrival or late departure, you can contact us at contact@edeg2023.nl to book any additional nights for you to benefit from special rates of the 57^th EDEG Meeting (we will book the room for you, but you will have to pay the amount yourself during check-in at the conference hotel):

Accommodation from Friday 21^st to Saturday 22^nd of April 2023 in a run of the house Single occupation room, including breakfast: € 87,50
Accommodation from Tuesday 25^th to Wednesday 26^st of April 2023 in a run of the house Single occupation room, including breakfast: € 87,50

Note: booking of extra nights is subject to availability and prices are indicative (actual price will be similar and communicated with you at the time of your request).

Cancellation Policy

Particpants that want to cancel their registration must sent a written Notification of Cancellation to contact@edeg2023.nl

For cancellations sent until the 1^st of March 2023, the total amount of deposit will be refunded, minus a € 50,- cancellation fee.

Unfortunately, refunds are not possible for Cancellation Notifications that will be recieved after the 1^st of March 2023.

Name Changes of Registration

Should any participant be unable to attend, the Registration may be transferred to another colleague without any additional charge. We would appreciate if you could inform the us at contact@edeg2023.nl in such case ideally at least two weeks prior the EDEG 2023 conference.
