OPTICAL FIBRE BIOSENSING & IMAGING

This special conference is the closing event of the Excellence of Science project CHARMING – Carbon nanomaterial enHanced opticAl fibRes for bioMedical Imaging and sensing – funded by the FWO (Research Foundation – Flanders) and F.R.S-FNRS (Fund for Scientific Research) in Belgium. This project started 1^st January 2018 and researched into optical fibre sensors to enable the detection of down to 10 cancer cells as well as into fiber optic non-linear optics based imaging to detect proteins in a tumorous environment. The workshop will feature invited talks from international experts in the field and a poster session with CHARMING’s researchers. Here is the agenda:
