For the overnight stay on 11th to 13th September we have secured a number of rooms at the Mercure Hotel in Valkenburg (nearby St. Gerlach, we will arrange the transfer from St. Gerlach to the hotel).

Please indicate if and for which nights you would like a room to be reserved for you at this hotel (costs are at your own (institutional) expenses and to be payed at the hotel). *

2 nights: Sunday 11th until Tuesday 13th

1 night: Sunday 11th until Monday 12th (Launch activities day 1)

1 night: Monday 12th (kick-off day 1) until Tuesday 13th (Launch activities day 2)

None / I will arrange my own overnight stay elsewhere.
