General questions

1. I reserved a spot but have to cancel. Or I want to change my transportation choice. Who do I contact?
   You can do this yourself. The confirmation email contains a link that leads you to the register page. You will receive a new confirmation email with your updated choice.
    
2. What about the food? Will you take special food preferences into consideration?
   There will be several locations at the party where food is available. We will also offer vegetarian and vegan options. As well as gluten-free or halal. For those options please look for the menu signs or ask one of the staff members serving the food.
    
3. Can you tell me something about the program?
   There are several stages with different performances. Let the evening surprise you; there will be something for everyone. You can find a map at the party with the program for each party room.
    
4. Where do I leave my stuff?
   We are expecting that most of our colleagues will come to the party directly from home. Try to take as little personal stuff as possible; everything will be taken care of. The location has a large, monitored cloakroom where you can drop off your belongings.
   Do not leave anything in the bus! You will be on a different bus on the way back.

 

Questions about transportation

1. Where and what time do the buses leave?
   We will let you know the exact departure times and pick-up location details. This will also depend on the number of reservations per location. 
    
2. How do I get to the pick-up locations?
   You can use your NS Business card to travel to one of the pick-up locations. Do you live near one of the pick-up locations? Hop on your bike, get dropped off, or drive to the pick-up location and park your car. 
    
3. I would like to register, but I don’t know the pick-up location yet. What should I do?
   You are able to change your selection later. Are you unsure how you will travel to Cuijk, but you are certain that you do not want to miss this party? Make sure you register and just pick the transportation option that is most likely right now. The confirmation email contains a link so you can change your transportation choice later. It would be great to get a picture right now of the number of people attending. Thank you for your cooperation.
