Traveling from Schiphol Airport

From the airport, Hotel Zuiderduin can be reached by taxi in approximately 45 minutes.

At Schiphol, great taxi services are available. Reservations are not required.

Note: To avoid scammers, make sure to grab your cab at the airport's official taxi rank at Schiphol Plaza (route indicated by signs at the arrival halls) and do not accept any taxi rides that are offered to you unsolicitedly.

Travel time by public transport ranges between 1 and 2 hours. Almost all routes include (a minimum of) two  transfers. 

A quick route (1h 7m) between Schiphol Airport and the hotel is as follows:

At Schiphol's trainstation, take the NS Sprinter train in the direction of Hoorn Kersenboogherd. At Zaandam station, change to the NS Intercity train in the direction of Alkmaar. Alight at train station Castricum and take bus 165 in the direction of Egmond aan Zee Busstation. Get off at Busstation. From there it is a 5 minute walk to the hotel.

Parking

At the hotel, free parking is offered based on availability. Parking facilities can be used from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival, until 12 p.m. on the day of departure. Paid parking outside of hotel grounds is also possible.
