Organized by the UNESCO World Commission for the Ethics of Scientific Knowledge and Technology (COMEST) and the DesignLab of the University of Twente, in preparation of a report on the ethical implications of the changing relations between science and society.

The symposium provides a forum for discussion on the impact that the COVID-19 Pandemic has had on both scientific practice and on the interactions between science and society.
This public event will include presentations on the Impact of COVID-19 on Science, Doing Ethics of Science and Scientific Values and the Value of Science.
