Abstracts
The abstract submission is closed. Submitters will be informed about the abstract selection April 15th at the latest.

 

Accommodation
If needed, you are asked to arrange your own hotel accommodation.
Suggestion for a hotel close to the meeting venue is Van der Valk Hotel Cuijk.
The organisation has reserved some hotel rooms at Hotel Blue in Nijmegen. You can send an email to s.debruin@maartenskliniek.nl in case you are interested in staying at this hotel.

 

Accreditation
The VR4PAIN Conference, Cuijk, Netherlands, 23/06/2022 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 4 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

 

Covid19
In case the Covid pandemic prevents us from meeting each other in person, the conference will be held online. The same fee applies for both physical and online.

 

Livestream
We also offer the possibility to watch the conference from behind your laptop. Next to the regular tickets, livestream tickets are available. The meeting will not be recorded.

VR4REHAB Conference
Your ticket for the VR4Pain Conference also gives you access to the VR4REHAB Conference on the 23rd of June. The VR4REHAB Conference is held in the same venue. The conferences have a combined exhibition and share the Opening- and Closing Keynote. In case you also wish to attend the second day of the VR4REHAB Conference, you can buy a ticket when registering for the VR4Pain Conference.
