Cancellation before May 2nd, you will receive a complete refund minus € 50,00 administration costs
Starting May 2, all refunds will be at the discretion of the Organizing Committee. If we need to move the conference online due to unforeseen circumstances such as strict Covid-19 regulations, the conference registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
