Our aim is to host Torque 2022 as a live conference and we encourage all presenters to join us live in Delft.
In case you are not able to travel to Delft we do offer the possibility to register for the online version of Torque 2022.

Conference fees Torque 2022
The live conference fee includes conference attendance, conference app, virtual event platform, coffee breaks, lunches, the Wind Energy Campus Tour (Tuesday afternoon May 31) the Icebreaker reception (Tuesday May 31) and the welcome reception (Wednesday, June 1).

Please note, the conference dinner is not included in the fee.

The online conference fee includes access to the conference app and the virtual event platform.

Please note that on-site registration will only be possible with credit card payment.

The organisation of Torque 2022 has chosen to only cater vegatarian food.

Please note the chefs of our contracted caterers are not able to prepare halal or kosher dishes.

The conference dinner is not included in the fee. The price of a dinner ticket for a conference participant is € 85,00. If you bring a guest the price of a dinner ticket is € 100,00.

Cancellation policy for Torque 2022 *

I have read the cancellation policy:

If you would like to change your registration from live to online attendance before 1 May 2022, you will be refunded for the difference without an administration fee. If the change is done after 1 May 2022, there will be a € 50,- administration fee.
No refunds are granted after 15 May 2022.
In case the conference has to move to an entire online event or live event with limited live attendees, the participant will be refunded for the fee difference.
No-shows will not be eligible for refunds
All refunds will be made after the conference

Photography/Videography
Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout the hybrid conference Torque 2022. Also presentations will be recorded. These can be used by the organising committee and organising parties for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third party publication. Please contact the event organiser if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity. *

We will use the data you provide (your name, organisation, position and email address) exclusively to register you for this event and to establish a picture in advance of the type of participants who have registered. We will not pass on your data to third parties and, if we wish to do so at any time, we will do so only with your consent. After the event, your data will be stored for twelve months in order to send you any correspondence that may be required pursuant to the event. At the end of that twelve-month period, your data will be removed from the records created for the event.
