Aanmelder.nl makes registration very simple for your guests. You don't need any special software to use aanmelder.nl, you can start using it right now. On this page we show you some of the features and screens that you will encounter when using aanmelder.nl.

The management pages give you access to all the settings for your event. You can enter event details such as the program, the event location and styling. Central to the management pages is the messaging system where you can send mailings and invitation. There are also a lot of statistics about your participants available here.

This is the name of your event.

These participant pages will be visible to your guests.

Here you can find tips and links to support pages.

e.g.: Here you can enter the name, place and time of your event.

In the main window you can enter all information about your event.

Here you can find options that are available and allow you to add extra information to the main window.

The registration website shows the web pages that your participants will see.

This is the name of your event and your logo.

This is where your participants can find information about your event. They can also register for your event here. You can controll which sections are available for your participants.

You can change this welcome message. Your tekst can also include pictures or links to other pages.

Participants can arrive at your registration form in several ways: You can link to the form from your own web page or you can use aanmelder.nl so send a professional looking invitation to your guests.

This is your registration page. When your invitees receive an invitation in their email the link takes them directly to this page.

When the invitee registeres the rest of the questions appear in the form. When they unregister they are only asked for an email address and will not be bothered with the rest of the questions.

Aanmelder.nl is compatible with Word and many other document and image file formats. You can use almost any file as the basis for your invitation. These documents are automatically converted to an attractive email with a link to your registration form.

Your invitation is sent as an image that is immediately visible in the inbox of the recipient. In case the recipient has images disabled a text version of the invitation is also included.

If you use a word document as your invitation the text "recipientntname" will be replaced by the name of the recipient in your address book.

Directly below your invitation is the link that leads the recipient to your registration form.

Participants will always get a confirmation message when the register or unregister for your event. These emails are styled according to your settings for the rest of the registration website. The confirmation messages have a convenient link back to the registration page for when a participant needs to update some information.

If you have uploaded a logo to aanmelder.nl it will automatically appear in all the confirmation emails

The participant name is also included in confirmation emails.

> reports and statistics

aanmelder.nl provides you with downloadable guest lists and statistics. You can use these when you need aggregate information, e.g.: when you are making dinner arrangements and you need to know how many vegetarians are among your guests.

On this registrations overview you can find all the information about your participants with this event.

You can download all registration info in Excel files and use them to print lists of participants.

Aanmelder.nl makes it easy to manage multiple events or even to be organizing one event while you are a guest of another. When you log in to aanmelder.nl your personal welcome page will show all events that you are involved in.
