The fee for the conference includes
Monday Nov 16th the official dinner will take place, and you can register for this for an extra 35euro. Tickets should be purchased in advance. You can purchase multiple tickets in order to bring people who are not attending the conference. You can also purchase extra tickets for the dinner on Tuesday Nov 17th, 2009, at 25euro each. Students & PhD Students There are special rates for students and PhD students, see above for the prices. There is a limited amount of spots available. In order to apply for this special rate, please go to www.aanmelder.nl/bopimpact_specials to register there (not here) and submit your motivation letter. The system will not oblige you to make a payment yet. You will be able to pay the discounted fee only after formal acceptance of your request, which will be after September 10th, 2009. Travel Grants It is possible for participants from non-OECD countries who are unable to otherwise participate in this conference to apply for a travel grant of max. 1000 euro. There is a limited amount of grants available. These will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Organizational Committee. In order to apply for one of the grants, please go to www.aanmelder.nl/bopimpact_specials to register and submit your motivation letter. After September 10th the Organizational Committee will inform which applicants are rewarded a grant. Use the links on the menu on the left for registration and more information.
